The objective is to combine a school with adjoining flexible workspace such that parents don’t need to worry about proximity or provision of early years childcare and primary education. This new provision in the Ten Streets will support this emerging district in becoming a sustainable live-work neighbourhood. Density combined with external play spaces are provided with series of stacked volumes.
