Angel’s current practice takes inspiration from T’Boli weaving. Her work is intended to reconnect with her heritage and further her understanding of Filipino history and culture. The topic of her work follows the disconnect that her and many other young ethnic minorities feel growing up in England. Her practice is a source of healing.
