Halyna Maystrenko-Grant is a multidisciplinary visual artist whose inspiration comes from individual experiences and observations of everyday life. Frequently she interprets them in a surreal and humorous style. She is interested in using these aforementioned methods in order to explore this overlap between seriousness and unseriousness; as well as overlap between British and Ukrainian culture, coming from a background of both.
