Isabelle Shawyer’s work uses food and cooking as my primary inspiration to make artwork that explores family traditions and childhood nostalgia. By using food as a medium, she recreates family recipes and construct shared dining experiences. Documenting the process of the cooking and eating through photography, which is then transformed into prints and textile installations.
