Oftentimes art is viewed as a religion; a set of beliefs and principles which we base our judgement on – what is good art? What is boring? What is worth money? I believe art should break this dogma, by exploring the commodification of labour, the intrinsic value of simply creating art and the disparity between what the world dictates both metaphysically and financially as worthless or meaningless production.
