My practice combines painting, sculpture, and textiles to create sensual and suggestive works, attempting to articulate my fascination of complex power dynamics through feminine and comedic imagery. For the degree show, I have enjoyed degrading the idealistic imagery of 1950s magazine adverts by adorning painted images with suggestive textures such as vinyl and velvet.
